more Yamaha SY22 appreciation

After finding programming this is a breeze, I'v quickly got some really fat dirty sounds from it. I'm amazed at what its capable of. Soundling lovely - industrial and dirty digital. The presets gave me no idea it could do this. So I'm rapt.

Other great features - the keyboards real nice to play, with a lovely aftertouch and sensitivity.
Its also v light - easy to carry round. And has that lovely blank space on top (like most digital synths), just waiting for an alien effect box or filter to land and make contact.

I wasn't really looking to get one - it was going cheap and was an impulse buy. Even being in GAS recovery my sponser says I'm still allowed the odd bargain.

So anyway - would totally recommend this - its a real noisy beast of a synth.
"On the following day , the sorcery undespairingly continued: I changed my series, chose other sequences, cut other lengths, spliced different progressions, and hoped afresh for a miracle in sound." (Stockhausen)
