I think I am going to have to get one too. Would fit lovely on my T8. Sequencer/arpeggiator would have been a nice addition but I'm not going to bitch too loud.

Yeah, with keys and a sequencer.

I hope that's still in the works.

Nice 3d render, will be more interesting to see photos of a real one.

(Clarifying my post: Its just a 3d render, folks. If i wanted to waste time i could make fictional products every day of the week.... I would not and will not take a 3D render of moderate quality as a sign for the existence of an actual product. )

Not at the moment - the SO4V is taking precedent.

I agree a keyboard would be nice, but since everyone already owns a midi keyboard of some sort (right?), this shouldn't be a major hurdle. It also should make moving it around much easier! It also sounds like TO is considering individual CV/Gate ins for each SEM, so you could have some Xpander-like CV control going on too.

Just heard that production isn't going to probably start now until July-August (they expect to have a prototype in May-June). Disappointing, but I'm not surprised there's some delay - the original schedule seemed a little overly ambitious.

While I don't have a 2600 to compare it to, I will say the SEM I have is currently one of my favorite boxes.

It has literally pushed all my other synths aside.

cool filter, semi-modularity = tremendous fun...really a raw dimensional sound...I know...miserable description...

For any that care, the SO4V is now going to have patch points for every voice.... And a resultant increase in price to $4K (unless you pre-ordered that is).
