PC-8P: A Roland JX-8P Editor for the Peavey PC1600X

The Peavey PC1600X is a hardware MIDI controller with 16 faders. In this SysEx file, I've set up the first three PC1600X presets to act like the top, middle, and bottom rows of the PG-800 controller, which was the original, official hardware programmer for the JX-8P issued by Roland. I've also included a few extra presets for controlling patch name and miscellaneous other parameters.
