it's not a joke, i'd pay 100 easy just for the Attack plug, it's the best drummachine in the VST world.
Get it while it's hot.

Maybe they're going to release updates, and this is the cleanout phase.

I have the PPG V and love it. It needs some work though. I'd like to see the whole sound save/load aspect reworked and I want it in AU format. I am using Fxpansions VST to AU adaptor so I can use it in Logic.

I have Waldorf Attack since it came out (years ago) and indeed I agree it's definitely one of the best software drum synthesizers (and actually a great basic synthesizer as well). But only for creating sounds (not for drum patterns and loops).

anybody else notice a latency in the attack VST when using any out other than the main stereo out... when I use it there's a noticable latency that slurs the hits and seems to create a kind of phase problem...

I can use indidual outs in the impusle no problem and even in stuff I designed in synthedit without this slurry latency...

is it just me?

I have the ppg plug as well and have tried to use iit with the fxpansion vst to rtas adapter and it doesn't seem to be working when I update the vst's to be converted, it just doesn't show up. Any suggestions? I've had plenty of success with other vst to rtas wraps but not with this one.

The new version is in AU format, and its MacIntel compatible UB.

Got my disk and even the updates from the waldorf site, everything sounds excellent :D ... If there was a complaint it'd have to be the fact that there are no manuals (even Pdf's!!!..) Would be nice to know how to set/change the bass synth part of the Attack vst/au per preset. :?
