Original D444C (not equivalent) SRAM chips for TR-606 TB-303

Postby Synthead » Fri Jan 27, 2012 9:01 am

I have two NOS (new old stock) NEC D444C 4K SRAM chips for the Roland TB-303 or TR-606, possibly others. Of course, this means that they are drop-in replacements and have been testing working fine in my TR-606.

If interested, send me a PM!
