Not many S-330 demos around so I thought I would put together this showcase of my own sounds, which I have sampled from various sources, the CS1x, audio CDs, etc. The S-330 is quite punchy and even though it only has 750 kb. of memory you can fit surprisingly much on a single floppy, due to 12 bit sampling rate and either 30 / 15khz. For example, all the sounds in this clip are from 3 disks (750kb) -still with room to spare. I've been able to find seamless loops on many samples, but not all are finished yet. On some sounds you can hear the ping-pong reverse looping which can make for some interesting FX.
Recorded on the Zoom R16. To give a bit more life to the sounds I put on a touch of soft reverb and delay. No EQ or other enhancements though. My usual disclaimer: I can't play for shit, but I hope you like it anyway!

Amazing, your sounds rock, who could think they come from a " low budget" sampler ! I am always amazed by those breathy vocal sounds, how to get such an effect on simple "ahhh" ? Anyway this demo goes right inside my Iphone to make my way to the office a bit happier. If one day you want to share these banks with me in a kontakt format, tell me .... ^^ Thnk for your music

Not impossible my friend, extreme sample converter can do it -like before, with the S-50 library. First I have to organize them better and polish the samples more, find better loop points on some, etc.
Thanks for reporting that, it seems all my files except pictures on filefreak has been corrupted! Real fun.
Good news is I just got a new MU account, I will have all the sample libraries up again soon. Will try to upload the most important mp3s on filefreak again though. Update: I have restored the S-330 demo, it works fine now.
