Dude, you don't need to post the track 4 times in various forums ;)

I don't know what minimal wave is, but this sounds like it could fit the bill from a minimal aspect certainly.

Try experimenting with different filter cutoff/resonance settings, a wide open filter gets a bit stale after a while (unless this is a feature of minimal wave).

Keep playing & experimenting is the only other tip I have (apart from doing some web research on 'minimal wave').
