That looks like a Cavagnolo accordion keyboard. They used to make a MIDI controller just like that. Never saw one attached to a synth like this though. Where did you find the pic? France? I guess it would be easy to build something like that from scratch, it's just switches. Maybe that is what this is, a one off.

And these button-key synths no doubt come pre-loaded with accordion presets! :shock:
