Korg Prophecy

So I just scored a Prophecy off eBay for $379. Do you guys think that's a good deal, is it worth more than that?

Actually, $280 - $350 would be a good deal. You payed slightly over the current going rate. Having said that, they seem to be more expensive in the USA than anywhere else.

Yes! A very fair to good price. I sold one of my two for $450 locally, and I highly regret it because the one I kept has a slight issue with the log wheel (interruptus). I need another one, they are wonderful synths.

I would pay up to $450 for another one.

True. The other ones I saw on eBay were going for around $450-$475. Then again, if I bought one from overseas, I'd wind up paying a fortune to ship it over here. Anyway, I can't wait for it to get here so I can mess around with it.

At the end of the day if you like the synth and are happy with what you paid for it, that's all that matters. $30-70 here or there doesn't make too much difference.
