Here's an emulation of the DX7 electric piano, using 2 instances of amSynth:

I use the DKI Synergy, very rare. Here is an example track showing it's sound.

A very nice demo! Thanks for mentioning this synth. I'd never heard of it, but lo and behold, VSE has a nice page describing it! Sounds like there was a rather expensive version that is programmable, and a cheaper one that isn't. An interesting set-up as to sound creation nonetheless.

I also found a couple of demos on youtube, very curious patches.

Very nice! ;)

The low bass and higher horn worked very nice together, the delay was classic!

Nightloop - featuring the Ensoniq SQ-80 Crosswave Synth

Postby waveform:blue » Wed May 21, 2014 7:41 pm

Nightloop runs for 6:28 at 122 bpm...

The song was performed and sequenced entirely on my Ensoniq SQ-80. No external sounds or effects were used.

Track made using only an Arturia Minibrute (including drums). Some slight reverb added in Studio One. For more of my music you can visit my Bandcamp page at https://highriseestate.bandcamp.com/releases

Not sure if this is acceptable, but I did record a jam with only Korg's Volca Beats, and I think I did a decent job of showing off it's functionality.

Not really serious demos, just a bit of noodling about that I decided to share because why not?

https://clyp.it/h0sucwzx

Roland RS-09 running through Lyuberets LM-1229 digital reverberator (with delay section). Raw RS at the beginning, gradually adding more effect until at the end it's just the 1229 feeding off itself.

https://clyp.it/l0grdisc

And this is just more random noodling, running the Rhythm Wolf through the Polivoks - this is the last few minutes of nearly 20 minutes of brapping. Which process, incidentally, led me to the discovery that the Lel' PSR can be made to sound alright by running it through the Polik!
