The UltraMaster Juno-6 is a faithful virtual reproduction of a Roland Juno-6 Polyphonic Synthesizer. Real-time 64-bit internal ULTRANALOG® wave synthesis technology ensures incredibly realistic emulation of analog subtractive synthesis. Early 80's style arpeggiator and chorus give those lush fat sounds, and there are 100 patches to save your own custom settings! All parameters can be controlled in real-time, via on screen GUI or external MIDI controllers. This synthesizer is completely free and comes with source code! The UltraMaster Juno-6 currently runs on a +200MHz CPU with all major i386 linux distributions only. Unfortunately it is no longer available from the maker.
Features include real-time synthesis, virtually unlimited polyphony and configurable MIDI control of all parameters. ULTRANALOG® pulse, saw and sub square wave oscillators, a high pass filter, LFO and one VCF, VCA, and ENV per voice. Stereo chorus ( 3 speeds ), arpeggio with 3 octave range and up / up&down / down modes, transpose the keyboard to any key, sustain hold and mono or stereo output. There's also a 61-note Virtual Keyboard, load and save, 100 patches / patch set and master tune control.
