NEEMFest 2022 And Ableton Loop Create 2022 On The Horizon

Post date:

As 2022 is quickly drawing to a close, there are two upcoming events for synth fans to mark on their calendars. First up is the NorthEast Electro-Music Festival or NEEMFest, which is an international electronic music festival. NEEMFest 2022 will be held in Homer, New York, in the Homer Center for the Arts on Friday, September 9 through Sunday, September 11.

The weekend-long gathering promises to feature electronic musicians from all over the world with solo performances, collaborations as well as workshops. The organizers have also promised the usual synth "petting zoo" where the public can get hands-on experience with electronic instruments. An all-weekend pass will cost attendees $15, while passes for individual days are $10 each. Attendees willing to commit to a few hours of volunteering for something can also receive a discount. In addition, the NEEMFest website allows visitors to contribute to the annual fund by donating. These donations will be used to manage the day-to-day operations of NEEMFest and provide aid to participants in need.

Event passes for NEEMFest 2022 are available from the official website, where visitors can also find out more about the event's history and a look back at previous events. In addition, artists who want to participate in NEEMFest should also take a look at the following information (https://www.neemfest.com/call-for-artists).

For those who prefer to attend events online instead of in person, there is Ableton's Loop Create 2022 on the horizon. In a blog post about the changing forms of musical collaboration on the Ableton website, they announced the date for Loop Create as October 29. According to Ableton, this year's edition of Loop Create will take a closer look at the ways people are making music together. The event will run for six and a half hours and feature interviews, workshops, an interactive production challenge, and more. Those interested in more information can visit the Ableton blog or sign up for the Loop newsletter to stay updated about the Loop Create program (https://www.ableton.com/en/blog/get-together-the-changing-forms-of-musical-collaboration/).
