Post date:

Steinberg recently unveiled the latest update to their mobile DAW, Cubasis, with version 3.4 of the app adding a slew of new features. Cubasis is frequently updated with requested features such as MIDI Learn, Mackie Control (MCU), and HUI protocol support. Previous updates have also seen the addition of audio unit multi-out support, sidechain support, keyboard short and mouse support, along with much more.

A new addition to Cubasis 3.4 is Ableton Link support, which allows users to jam with others who run Link-enabled apps on their devices, sync the app with multiple applications on the same device, and more. It makes staying synchronized with other Link-enabled apps easy and effortless, regardless of whether you are using iOS, Android, desktop, or hardware. Steinberg has also added new features in Cubasis 3.4 to improve MIDI recording workflow. In addition, improvements to the State Save and Total Recall also mean you'll find your project in the exact same state as when you left the app last time. Everything from the zoom level and position for each audio and MIDI event to the setup choices you've made and more are preserved.

In total, Cubasis 3.4 adds more than 75 improvements to the DAW.
