Music makers can sign up for the Loop Create event hosted by Ableton, scheduled for June 26-27, 2021. Ableton describes the event as a place to meet a wide variety of music makers worldwide, all of who have something new to share. In addition to hands-on sessions, Loop Create will also feature a variety of presentations and performances. Musicians attending the online event can get inventive with recording and learn the secrets of sound effects and samples. In addition, they will be able to exchange information with a global community of music makers.

Those who wish to attend Loop Create will have to register for the event, but it is free of charge and open to everyone. In fact, Ableton is actually running the eight-hour program for a total of sixteen consecutive hours to ensure that people from different time zones won’t miss out on anything. The Loop Blog website also allows users to sign up for a newsletter with more information about the event and what to expect.

As the COVID-19 pandemic has thrown many live events and conventions into disarray, it is great to see organizers looking at alternative ways to connect fans. According to Ableton, the Loop Create event will feature a large and diverse lineup to do the live events of previous years’ justice. The event will feature sessions presented in different formats by everyone from artists and musicians to educators and technologists. Ableton has also promised attendees the ability to meet each other through the use of facilitated conversations. While Ableton has not yet announced the lineup for this year’s event, they have featured the likes of Equicknoxx, Kelela, Simon Reynolds, and Richard Devine at past Loop events.

Ableton considers Loop Create to be a new chapter for Loop as they reshape and develop it into new events that can occur online, in-person, and a combination of the two. For more information or to sign up for the newsletter, head over to
