JD-800 Software Synthesizer Added To Roland Cloud

Post date:

This year, Roland released the JD-800 for Zenology and Zenology Pro, but now it is also available via Roland Cloud. The JD-800 remains a firm favorite with fans of classic digital synths thanks to its hands-on controls and electronic sound palette that have become almost synonymous with the '90s.

Thanks to the JD-800 Software Synthesizer, users now have access to 64 of the original presets along with 64 new ones created by top sound engineers using the original waveforms. In addition, expanded polyphony allows users to stack sounds, and it has seven multistage effects that include phaser, chorus, enhancer, spectrum equalizer, and more. Roland has also made sure to create a detailed and realistic interface for the softsynth that is resizeable and includes alternate views.

Check out the video below for an introduction to the JD-800 Software Synthesizer and a look at its sounds, presets, programming, envelopes, filters, and effects. It is available for download through Roland Cloud and can be tried for free if you sign up for a 30-day trial membership of Roland Cloud Ultimate. This membership also includes other legendary Roland virtual instruments and more.
